職務内容
- Provide administration support to the recruiting team
- Recruiting coordination in Tokyo office
- Carry out screening, selection of applicants through phone/face-to-face interview
- Assist in arranging interview schedules for business clients
- Involve in recruiting/campus event logistics
応募条件
- 2 years of administrative experience
- High level bilingual skills of both Japanese and English required (Japanese must be Native level)
活かせる経験
- Ideally with internal HR or Recruiting experience
- External Recruiting experience (eg Recruitment Firm)counts for consideration
- Overseas background preferred
- With high motivation and potential, it's open for new grad candidates as well
