職務内容
* As Commercial Finance Manager, the primary purpose of the role is to support the commercial team in the achievement of net sales and brand contribution targets, providing, not only accurate reporting and analysis, but also, guaranteeing that key finance insights are delivered
* Key responsibilities include:
- Business Partnership with commercial teams
- Finance Insights - Pro-actively challenge risks and identify business opportunities
- Critically review the performance of the brand portfolio
- Provide financial support for developing NPD plans
- \"Zero base budgeting\" - guarantee right resources are allocated to key opportunities
- Forecasting. - Lead role in consensus forecasting process
- Lead monthly performance reviews with each brand and sales manager; challenge the commercial team on issues and opportunities to maximize profitability
- Ensure sales forecast accuracy
- Forecast brand P&L on a monthly basis with commercial teams
- Analysis - Provide meaningful analysis and accurate analysis to commercial teams in a timely manner
- Develop monthly management report
- Provide ad-hoc analysis as requested by Commercial teams
- Develop market, forecasting and analysis models for brand teams
- Control - Closely manage business P&L. Implementing strong controls and establishing action plans to address risks and fund opportunities
- Manage monthly performance analysis, identifying and providing insight to explain main deviations
- Monitor and control brand investment plans
- Ensure adherence to the corporate governance and compliance principles
応募条件
* At least 5 years post qualification experience of working in finance within a trading / commercial company
* Experience in business partnering activities
* Full P&L Management
* Experience in forecasting and control
* Evidence of solid accounting principles
* Experience in management reporting
* University graduate
* Native level Japanese and business level English skills
活かせる経験
* CPA
* Official business skill test in bookkeeping - Level 2 or above
* Experience in an FMCG industry is a plus
* Experience of working overseas or interacting with an overseas HQ
* Experience in new product launch planning
* Financial modeling
* Process streamlining / improvement
* SAP consensus forecasting experience
