Fast moving consumer goods company is seeking for a senior financial analyst with strong track record in Japan.
職務内容
* 20% Creation of Budget files for Operating Plans / Variable cost financial modeling
* 20% Weekly Variable cost reporting / Research significant variances to plan making adjustments as necessary / Forecast and submit future estimates of operating expenses to central FP&A
* 20% Summarize Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly Cost results / Cost Bridge submissions to central FP&A
* 10% Updating of Weekly network productivity and cost metrics / Creation of Process Path Productivity reporting files / Lead weekly operational results meetings
* 25% Ad hoc analysis
* 5% Prepare, submit and review month end journal entries

* Understanding of finance issues in an operational environment of rapid growth
* Ability to translate large amounts of data into useful information and actionable items
* Strong financial analytical skills
* Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Japanese and English
* Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads
* Commitment to high quality, and continuous improvement, both regarding finance functions as well as operations
* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
* This individual should have strong PC modeling skills including excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, and working knowledge of MS Access (knowledge of SQL, Cognos and Essbase very helpful)

* Years of Experience : 5+
Ideal candidates will have: MBA, 5+ years of finance experience, preferably in a manufacturing or logistics organization
求める人物像
* High A strong management accounting background, preferably in a manufacturing environment. The ability to translate operational data into trackable costs.
* High Financial modeling skills, DCF modeling for capital projects, Budgeting in a
anufacturing or logistics environment.
* Preferred Computer skills, preferably database experience. SQL capability strongly preferred
